The rooms were modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh and tasty options.

The staff at this boutique hotel were amazing! They were so thoughtful and efficient, always responding quickly to any requests or problems. The best part was Ms. Ramona, who had a smile on her face even when dealing with issues. The hotel also asked about our bedding and transportation preferences, showing their attention to detail. And the location was perfect, making it easy to get to any spot we wanted to visit.

That the room was slightly dark, but it didn't bother us too much. Another small issue was the lack of space to put our medium-sized luggage, as there was no designated area for it.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and close to major subway stations. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink and the availability of room service. The room amenities were excellent, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms helped us to have a peaceful sleep, even though there were some events happening here. We also enjoyed the cozy sitting area and garden furniture.

We also enjoyed the convenience of leaving our dirty shoes by the entrance to keep the floors clean.
